Export customs declaration

Working procedure:

1. The shipper shall promptly provide complete, authentic, valid and clear customs declaration documents, specifically as follows:

1) ocean bill of lading for import, landing paper for export, and approved bill of lading

2) commercial invoice, packing list, import and export contract (copies available)

3) customs declaration (requirements refer to import customs transfer, which can be divided into: import customs transfer check and release, import customs declaration)

4) customs transit receipt of export goods (made by customs declarer)

5) supervision record (main ports)

6) customs clearance for export

7) power of attorney for import and export declaration (general customs document)

8) others (mainly referring to the certificates and copies of the goods involved in import customs transit and inspection)

2. Export transit

First of all, the customs declarer shall be informed by the sea route operator or the salesman of each office that there will be export transhipment goods arriving at the port on a certain day, and the customs declarer shall be informed by fax or other forms of the cargo paper and permit sheet of the goods, and the export pre-allocation warehouse sheet shall be sent to the customs as soon as possible. Working procedure:

2. 出口运输
